Products and Services
Sessions are conducted over the phone. Your first session is usually an hour, and follow-up sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. They average about 45 minutes each. Coaching accomplishes the most over a period of time to help you build new habits and integrate more positive ways of thinking into your life. The recommended minimum commitment is three months, although many clients choose to continue coaching for six months to a year.
- Basic Coaching Package:
- This is great for people who know where they want to go, and just need a bit of motivation to get there. It includes two sessions per month.
- Standard Coaching Package:
- If you are looking for more insight and help with particular issues try this package. It includes four sessions each month.
- Personal Breakthrough Session:
- If you are undergoing a significant life change or embarking on a new venture, this concentrated process will jumpstart your efforts, and help you make significant progress in a short period of time. The session is three to five hours over a consecutive, two day period.
- Custom Coaching Package:
- Let Shannon help you design the right coaching package to meet your needs.
All packages include free email support between sessions.
